Welcome to our blog. Lets start with an introduction to your hosts, Emily and Paul. We live in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon. We are avid consumers of all things seasonal, local and sustainable. We eat, drink and think in accordance with the seasons, always adapting with the utmost enthusiasm.
Within the last 24 hours we have come to a shocking realization that the food chain in America (and the world) is (or can be, depending on which side of the fence you are on) quite disturbing and obviously based on capitalism, retorical controversy and politics.........
Just for the record , we do not agree with this.
So, we are here to make a commitment to ourselves and you that we will not support the monoculture of society forementioned above. Please follow us through ongoing journeys of our continued support and dedication to the worlds farmers, ranchers, viticulturists that are guided by sustainable practices, values and passion for our earth.
